Our Engineers work closely with the Architectural Team throughout all aspects of a project from schematic design to thoroughly detailed construction documentation. We eagerly participate in coordination meetings, either in person or via teleconferencing solutions.

Observations
Our employees and company representatives provide punctual, thorough and professional site observations during construction. Site Observation Reports are provided detailing all discrepancies and resolution recommendations.
Construction
Coordination
The Construction Administration Team works closely with site superintendents, developers, site observation associates and architects to quickly resolve construction questions and conflicts. We provide detailed construction documentation for every project including initial design, timely site observation reports, shop drawings and submittal review.
ABOUT
Barry Engineering was founded in 2002 by Michael Barry, a graduate of Texas A&M's Dwight Look College of Engineering (Class of '90). Prior to starting the company, Mike gained valuable and diverse engineering experience designing oilfield refinery equipment foundations in West Texas, and on a numerous civil/structural projects while employed at firms in Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston. While primarily focused on multi-family residential complexes and multi-use communities, Barry Engineering has extensive experience designing churches and recreation centers, restaurants and other commercial projects, as well as elevated concrete parking structures and student housing facilities all over the country.
